The subsidiary Kalle CZ was established in 2000 with the acquisition of Čechobal sro, which since 1998 has worked closely with the headquarters of the company in Wiesbaden in the production (modification) and sale of packaging.
Kalle CZ was built not only as a sales office of Kalle for the Czech Republic, but also as a production plant for packaging finishing and sale. In this way, a factory has been built in the industrial zone in Žebrák not far from Prague, which currently has about 100 employees. The plant provides all standard packaging adjustments from printing, shirring, production of blanks up to so-called seaming of polymer packaging into rings and so-called konturaci (shaping) polyamide packaging.
Kalle CZ performs packing and distribution of products from the production program of the sister company OSKUtex (Kalle Group) in the Czech market.
